Dusenbery model 10000HD Level -5 duplex differential slitter rewinder, 62" trim width. Includes shear and score cut slitting with provision for razor, 28" maximum rewind diameter without layon rolls, 24" maximum rewind diameter if layons are used, 10 H.P. main drive, 20 H.P. rewind drive, touch screen operator interface, Etc. The unwind stand is a Webco shaftless roll lift unwind for a 50"+ diameter, Fife guide and Dusenbery tension controls. There is an inclined splice board with web clamps, Etc. Very clean machine. Currently in storage. New in 1990.

Black Clawson 92" wide model DR-15 duplex rewind slitter rewinder complete with 3 ton bridge crane. Includes 100 HP drive (new in 2004), new Tidland light weight rewind shafts, shaftless unwind for a 62" diameter roll (loaded by overhead crane) with step chucks and Montalvo brake, 42” rewind diameter, new Tidland shear cut knife system, and misc. fittings and set-up parts and can run either center wind mode or surface/center. Machine in very good condition, can be seen in operation.
#11978 J-R Greene
J-R Greene, Inc. 34" wide two zone drying oven. Made up of two 20 foot long sections. Each has a 1.5 MM BTU/Hr. Maxon 415 "Ovenpak" burner and both input and exhaust blowers. Idler rolls form a gentle arch under 34" wide slot nozzels. The idlers are 36" face and tendency driven. Temperatures of 500 degrees F + are possible.

Independent (USA Built) "Jumbo" slitting/spooling line. Includes an unwind stand for a 28"+ wide, 80" diameter roll, shear cut slitting station, 8 jumbo spool rewinds that can wind 32" wide x 60" diameter spools on 6" cores. Rated line speed is 1500 FPM. New in 1996. Still installed in Europe. Price in USD.

ECH Will/Pemco complete cut size sheeting line for 8 1/2" x 11" and A-4 size 215.9 mm x 279.4 mm sizes. Line was new in 1986. The Will sheeter is Model SLK 480 UI, 6 pocket with 5 shaftless unwinds for 57" O.D. rolls, overhead bridge, tension controls and decurlers, slitting, dual rotary sheeting section with two knife blocks (11" and A4 cut off), gripper style pile delivery to a conveyor that transports the reams away from the sheeter. Packaging equipment options are available.

Dusenbery model 835-30, cantilevered 62" trim width duplex differential slitter rewinder. Includes a separate shafted unwind stand for a 40" diameter, 2500 # roll, E&L line and edge guide, Montalvo air brake, splice table with pneumatic web clamps, shear and razor (grooved roll) slitting and air loaded lay-on rolls with tooling for 10 cuts. 10 H.P Main and 20 H.P. rewind D.C. drives with top rated speed of 1500 FPM. Maximum rewind diameter is 30" on both rewinds in cantilvered mode. The bottom rewind can be run to 32" daimeter in a lift-out mandrel mode with a Tidland 3" air shaft for locked core winding and 1000 # Max. weight. Controls include a Mitsubishi PLC and operator interface. New in 1998. Excellent condition, can be seen running.

Kidder Model 660 Centraflex, 6 Color CI Press, 45” print width, 47” web, with 24” diameter unwind and rewind turrets, infeed and out feed web guides, Enercon Treater, Kidder retrofit print decks with 36” extended repeat, horizontal throw-offs, fast rackback, all new between color drying system, chambered doctor blades, 1/4cp gearing, dual burner drying system, resurfaced CI drum, 100 plate cylinders, a well maintained press, in place and can be turned over, manufactured in 1968 and retrofited by Kidder in 1992.Two available.
